1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are damaged, used, or missing tags may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email or phone.

Step 2: Get Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Please include the RAN with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely in the original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and may take 3-5 business days to appear
  • Gift Cards: Refunds will be issued as store credit
  • Bank Transfers: May take 7-14 business days to process

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards (unless required by law)

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Return the original item in its original condition
  • Specify the size or color you would like
  • If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference
  • If the new item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Cover the return shipping costs
  • Process your request within 24-48 hours
  • May request photos of the damage for our records

Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery for fastest resolution.

Free Returns

We provide free return shipping for:
